These reviews on Trust Pilot must be Autobots because this company is receiving TONS OF COMPLAINTS to BBB about fraudulent charges all with almost identical stories. You book, they confirm, they cancel, they still charge your credit card, they promise they'll refund you, months later of followup and still no refund on erroneous charge even after they admit fault. 7 months and lots of promises and followup calls and NO REFUND. I would give zero stars if I could. Booked a flight to Vegas and a month before leaving they cancelled the flight. Seems pretty weird to me and when you try to call them the agents are rude and don't speak good English. Still have not received my money back which really makes me mad!!!
My flight was cancelled and I was NOT noticed. I arrived at the airport this morning for my flight to find out I didn’t have a ticket anymore!!!!! 2 days before I received a call from this company asking me information about my credit score !!!!!!! Today I called around 20 TIMES to get answers and they kept on hanging up on me. These people use fake names and when I asked for their last name as well they’d hang up or transfer me from one person to another. Finally, these people are telling me the refund won’t be within 24-48hrs anymore, now they’re telling me they will refund me within 21 days !!!!!!! I’m so so upset. My mother is very sick and she was waiting for me to be with her. Now I don’t know if I’ll have the chance to see my mother alive. Myflightsearch.com are scammers !!!! They’re criminals !! They’re stealing money from hard working people and they’re giving false hopes!! I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET A FULL REFUND OF MY TICKET. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THESE SCAMMERS GET WHAT THEY DESERVE. The amount of ungratefulness and terrible customer service I experienced today was absurd. I was hung up on not once but TWICE. They kept telling me I was WRONG and that I was giving them the wrong information which I was not at all. I talked to them with a calm manner and tone in my voice. Where as this man continued to yell and fight me on everything I said. I will be making sure that NO ONE in my family or friends EVER books with them. I am very disappointed and disgusted. SO rude. I hope that I can somehow get our money back for this flight because right now it seems as though they are holding it hostage.
I originally booked a flight for my family to Hawaii this coming Thanksgiving 2020. Less than an hour after booking our flights with Best Flight Search I called and cancelled the flights because there was a problem on their end on Flight# and times. Their representative agreed with us and stated we were not going to be charged. I have proof on a company email from Best Flight Search that states my booking was cancelled and that our credit card has not been charged for the reservation. 4 days later we checked our credit card statement and the company did charge us for the cancelled flights. I called and spoke to a representative and they said they'd look into it and call me back. I have gone back and forth with Best Flight Search and at one point they did actually send me a check for the total they charged my credit card but the check bounced! I have now been trying to get my money back on top of the bounced check fees from Best Flight Search since April 2020. This is the shadiest company I've ever worked with. I have proof and documentation form their company stating I would not be charged and I was, I have proof of the check that bounced and they refuse to talk to me and refuse to issue me a refund for the check and bank fees. I will tell everyone and anyone to AVOID BESTFLIGHTSEARCH.com!
I ordered my parents plane tickets for they’re anniversary in june they cancelled my order and never notified me. I called to see why I didn’t get a confirmation they said the flight was cancelled and it’s 3 months later and I have still not received my refund. I call and call get hung up on and the run around on when I should receive it. Request a supervisor and still no one has contacted me
Sadly, I bought a plane ticket with MFS. My story is the same as many I’ve read about. The flight was cancelled, they NEVER gave me a heads up or an email about the cancellation. When I called MFS customer service, they told me they HAD sent me an email (even though they hadn’t). I asked them in late June 2020 for a refund and they told me it would take 21-28 days to process because their systems were backed up due to COVID (???) So, I waited a month, called back, and then they said just 10 more days. So I waited 10 days, called back, then was told ‘just 5-7 business days’... Lather, rinse, repeat, and what do you know? There’s been a glitch and now they’re going to mail me a check. Could take up to 14 days and their very sorry for the inconvenience. I ask to speak to a supervisor but unfortunately their supervisors are all in a meeting.... By this point I’m just playing a game that I don’t expect to win but feel too stubborn to give up on. I call again, 14 days later, and they say it’ll be fixed and electronically sent in 5 business days... I ask to speak to a supervisor, apparently they’re all in a meeting...I start getting really upset, explain my whole story and bad experience with them, and then he says the supervisors are coming out of their meeting and he’ll go grab one for me. I wait on hold for 10 minutes and then the line cuts out. So I call right back and now a lady tells me that they actually did mail a check, it’s been processed, and that I should receive it in the mail any day now. It’s now late September, 2020, three months since I requested a refund for my flight that was cancelled. Lesson learned, look up reviews BEFORE using ANY booking agency. I was blinded by the cheap flights. MFS is awful.
We booked tickets 12 days ago. I have yet to received our e-tickets. Tried to call the customer service line different days, different hours and no one anwer. Left voice message, no reply to date. Sent email as well. Will wait 2 more days before we have to cancel our hotel reservation. The sad thing is, it is so close to date we need to leave all ticket prices are much higher everywhere now. We simply can't afford to book another. Update: Finally received a response a few hours after leaving this review (wish they have responded this quick to begin with instead of no response for over a week). No, there is no problem with our email as they suggested, since we received the one they actually sent a few hours ago without any issues.
I had booked a ticket then was subsequently charged a 2nd fee which no one could explain. I was asked to send an email and within a week I would get a reply. This was useless as I could not cancel the original ticket if I waited a week to find out why a secondary charge was made. This second charge was not authorized and nowhere on the site did I agree to anything extra. The fact that there "Customer Service" department could not identify the charge was all the more frustrating. I canceled the ticket IMMEDIATELY as I do not feel they can be trusted to deliver on the service.
I’ve been waiting for 2 months for a refund from a canceled flight by the airline . They keep telling me it’s coming but it hasn’t. I’ve had to file a complaint with BBB and dispute the charge with my creditor. They are dishonest and will never use their services again.

I've been waiting since May for a refund,it is now September. I've tried emailing several times with no response. I have called several times and gotten a run around. Everytime I call they give me a refund date of 10 days later. I have to say that being hung up on,lied to, given a run around and having your money stolen is the absolute worst customer service ever! I emailed the information requested and they blocked me... That's professional!
Still Awaiting refund. Waiting since March for my flight refund. Every time I call customer service I get hung up on or continuously transferred to another agent. I have also sent multiple emails with either no response or automated responses. **Update- the company called me directly and promised me a cheque in the mail for my refund. Was told it would take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Week 1 has passed, no refund. Hope this time their promise is legit**
This company is 💯 fraud, we booked a trip, two weeks prior I called to change the airport and delta told us the flights my flight search booked were cancelled 10 mins later, I called and asked for a refund since all my flights were cancelled without even a email or phone call. Our entire family’s flights booked for two different trips were never actually booked. I have called about 40 times in the last few months, I get hung up on, I got told they would transfer to a manger then it hangs up, when I call back they do it again, and again and again! Never Ever go with this company.
I booked a fight with them back in the beginning of May for a trip to Vegas in June. I got confirmations that my flight was booked and ready. I decided a week and a half before my trip to call American Airlines to make sure everything was fine and to learn their process for checking in and luggage check in. I was then told that my flight had been canceled because they had not confirmed my ticket numbers with them so they had to cancel it. I never received a call from best flight to let me know this at all so if I wouldn’t have called that day I would’ve shown up at the airport with no clue and without a flight! I call them the same day that I get the info that I didn’t have a flight and asked them why i wasn’t notified and I couldn’t get an answer for that. Not only that I didn’t get a refund for my money that they took out my account and I didn’t have a flight from them. They told me that i would have a refund in 21-28 days it has now been over 40 days and still no refund. I was emailed saying they were have if problems with refunded my account back the money that their system wouldn’t go through. Then I got an email on August 3rd saying a check would be sent out that day and I’d receive it in a couple of days and that would be faster. I never received a check, so I emailed back they said that it was forwarded to another department for them to look into it and i had to wait more time. I o now I still have to wait cause they’re having trouble processing payments. I’ve asked to speak with someone in charge supervisor or manager I’m never given a number i just get an email saying they need more time. I mean how long does it take to get a refund? I didn’t have to wait months for them to take anything out of my account. All I want is my refund and I will never use this place again!
Horrible company. They keep wanting my review removed for defamatory comments. How can the truth be defamatory. I only told what I experienced. Maybe they should seek to remove the individual who was going to charge me 420.00 for a refund I was entitled to receive. The flight was cancelled by the airlines and it should have been a simple process according to the airlines and the manager over the individuals at my flight search, but it wasn't. The only way I was able to get my refund was to dispute the charges with my cc company. I should not have had to take that step if this company had just done the right thing. I spent more than 10 hours on just one day trying to resolve this issue bit to no avail. It is really ashame that people can't give honest reviews without the company wanting my review removed. I really doubt that I am the only one with a bad experience with this company according to other reviews I have read on the internet. The people at this company and their manager turned their back on me. They said it was illegal to charge for a refund but they still did not give me a refund. I feel confident that I would never have received my money back of I had not taken the steps I took. It should have only taken a few minutes not weeks and actually I waited over a month due to their request to wait until the week of my cancelled flight. Maybe the company should work on improving their image, then maybe they would not have to worry so much about my review.
Update: September 8, 2020 So.... after my previous post I again received a phone call within about 15 minutes. They told me that the check was on its way and they gave me a tracking number for the USPS. It was actually legitimate. We received the check and it cleared. If you are having trouble getting your money back from them I have found the ONLY way to get them to respond is to threaten to report them to the United States Department of Transportation -Aviation Consumer Protection, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Better Business Bureau. Update: August 24,2020 On August 7 about 30 minutes after I posted the previous update, I received a call from a man, claiming that they would be sending us a check in the mail and we should have it within a week. He confirmed the mailing address and asked if I would change my review once I got the check. I said I would certainly update my review. Well it has been two weeks and still no check in the mail. Today I am reporting MyFlightSearch, HighSkyCheap, or SkyFlightSearch to the United States Department of Transportation -Aviation Consumer Protection, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Better Business Bureau. I have contacted our attorney and he will be working on our behalf as well. The amount of money that was stolen from us might not seem like much, but if we can stop this company from stealing from others in the future the cost of our attorney will be worth it. Update: August 7, 2020 I will be reporting MyFlightSearch, HighSkyCheap, or SkyFlightCheap to the United States Department of Transportation- Aviation Consumer Protection, the Federal Trade Commission, Nevada (and Texas) Attorney General's office, Nevada (and Texas) Consumer Affairs, and the Better Business Bureau of Nevada (and Texas). This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Booked airfare, they took over $400 out of our account and then cancelled the booking because "the price had changed". They never contacted us to let us know and we weren't able to fly to our destination. I have called multiple times and waited the 21 business days for the refund. It has now been over 2 months and still no refund. If our $ isn't in our account in 5 business days I will be contacting an attorney.
I booked 2 round trip tickets for my son and his girlfriend to travel from LA to Savannah, GA for our family vacation. The flights were a great price so I booked them. ( some thing are to good to be true and this was one of them!) The day before we all were to arrive and the rest of our family was in route to Savannah, I received an email saying there was a change in my son and his girlfriend’s flight and their flight was cancelled.. but I checked with the airlines and was told that their flight was never ticketed! I had to scramble and try to find a flight. Because it was last minute, I ended up paying twice as much! And now 7 weeks since the flight was cancelled, I still haven’t received my refund. This organization is just shady all the way around... I will NEVER recommend “Myflightsearch.com to anyone!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. I wrote a review 2 weeks ago about how they were not refunding my canceled flight/ticket. They have been stringing me along for 6 weeks saying “the check is in the mail.”I contacted the Better Business bureau. Flight Search agreed to refund me a check for my $2100. And they finally sent me a check. Only to be bounced due to “INSUFFICIENT FUNDS”. I am going to con’t to pursue this with the Better business bureau and the Attorney General office of Nevada . To be continued. Be smarter than me - go directly through the airlines. My sister did and she got her refund in 2 weeks from the same airlines I was going to use. But I went through this company instead. Dumb me. Don’t make the same mistake!

Oct 17,2020Horrible company!!!! The took my money, gave me a credit due to Corona, they refuse to. Then stated my full refund would be issued via check, which never came. Then after I sought legal action, which is still pending; reported them to BBB and FTC, they contact me. Only to lie again and say I’ll be provided a tracking number of my check on the way, which again I never received. I will not stop until my money and any damages are rewarded!
