My bag came in Korea carefully. And it's amazing bag.
Each of my 3 orders have been delivered to Australia with no problems. Products as pictured and described, postage 1-2 wks. Would like to see an AUD conversion table though.
I never received my backpack; The return time is 25 days, I consider it too long and added to that I had to pay the backpack charge on my credit card as if I had received it. Very bad international delivery service royal mail. They should send with DHL or UPS

Jul 12,2023I placed an order for multiple items on 28th June for next day delivery. The parcel turned up when expected, but unfortunately one of the items they sent was incorrect. I contacted customer service for a return, however there was apparently an issue with their inbox getting spammed, so I did not receive a reply until I chased them a couple of days after. I sent back the incorrect item using the prepaid returns label, posted on 5th July and confirmed delivered by Royal Mail 7th of July. I have yet to hear anything back from customer services, and have chased via email twice with no reply. I’d either like the item I ordered, or a refund!
