Nov 06,2024I was first contacted by Louis Nichols in June this year when I explained my renewal with BUPA was not until the end of the year. Louis called just as my renewal landed. I explained that the new premium from BUPA was 23% more than last year and I was considering just cancelling and saving the premium so that if I needed a Private Consultation I would pay separately. He said he would go away and research the market. He came back with a quote for the same cover at £250 per month less than BUPA wanted. An exceptional service all dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. I would highly recommend Louis and My Health Protected
