From the initial consultation with Myk he came across professional but also friendly, it was abundantly clear he had a vast knowledge in digital marketing. Sep 08,2021Unprofessional, MYK BAXTER outsourced a website for my business and he did not have a clue how to work it, and responded to my questions in an abusive manor. We went to him locally for help as busy professional business owners, and lost thousands of pounds worth of business, in the 4 weeks we went live. customers could not pay online - the customers were ringing and emailing to let us know this. I asked for meeting after meeting and was rejected. We read the reviews on here, which we are lead to believe are bought paid reviews, hence why no business is ever mentioned. Aug 26,2021Firstly I have known Myk for 17 years and we have work in the same space for longer than that, I would say that honest dedicated and hard working marketing consultants are a dying breed, but Myk continues to deliver and exceptional service with exceptional results. I would not say this about anyone else that works in the marketing world but if you don’t use my services….I highly recommend MBM (Myk). I have seen the level of results that he delivered for a major client and needless to say it is one of the best campaigns iv ever seen.

So, its a minefield trying to find someone honest, trustworthy and reliable to work with at the best of times, more so when its in areas you don't understand as well. Myk and the team made everything so easy, took time to explain areas in detail rather than confuse you with terms I didn't know. Very open on the scope of works and I wish there were more Myk's out there.
