Myk & his team are always on hand to answer any questions or support & I feel like a valued customer not just a number.

Oct 15,2020Would give 6 STARS if I could....🌟 I don’t have a lot of time to write reviews (let alone anything else!!) but really felt people should know about this company. I run a very fast paced online business which requires prompt support a lot of the time. I had been very much let down/felt extremely frustrated by the last company looking after my website and on looking for help - found MBM. Every single thing I have contacted MBM about - I have had a quick reply/response and the issue solved/rectified within the hour. Sometimes, within minutes! Not only that, but they are always on hand to listen/offer advice/fixes for certain things I had been told by the previous company were impossible. Myk and Phil have been the complete opposite, noticed how much we were struggling and completely turn things around in such a short period of time. They have been amazingly efficient and understanding of our needs, we have had constant support to help us out. No task is too small. Can’t wait to see what the future holds!

I had been experiencing frustration, delays, technical issues, faulty security, and was falsely sold to in relation to my website design, maintenance and hosting. Within 24 hours of speaking with Myk... And as if by magic! my site was secure, all technical issues sorted out, no delays just an amazing, fast, wonderful service. These guy's truly are the best. From the the moment the project kicked off to the day the website was set live, Myk and Phil worked hard around the clock to make sure that every detail and design request were meticulously looked after and intelligently implemented to our requirement. We were very speciifc with what we wanted. Myk and Phil were extremely patient with us throughout the entire engagement and we couldn't be happier with the final result.
