Mar 22,2024Ordered a jumper for next day, didn't get no reply from emails at all, no delivery details sent, had to ring up they said I will get a call back when they find the details, then I get a refund email from PayPal no email or contact from them.

Sep 30,2023I ordered 2 jumpers to be here for anniversary of my niece taking her own life and paid got an email saying order received then 8 days later I asked where my order was they sent reply just saying it’s not been sent out yet .. I replied to them saying it’s too late now I want to cancel my order and want a refund and they have ignored all my emails all 6 of them no replies at all … I have going to report them as this is not what you want from a company at all . Don’t use them if you want your items to actually be sent out that’s all I want to say this is an issue that’s very sad to us and they have tarnished my niece .

Aug 30,2023I have returned my order on 02/08/2023 and as of now I've still NOT received my payment back. It has been over 3 weeks and all emails and messages have been ignored, I am now not receiving replies and their WhatsApp chat is practically unfunctional.

Dec 13,2022Very impressive service from start to finish. Item ordered at a competitive price, and even when choosing standard delivery, the goods were still dispatched the next day. Despite recent RM postal strikes, package arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. No issue with the authenticity of the goods; as per their website's info, this was 100% a genuine item. Always a bit apprehensive when the price is somewhat cheaper than directly from the manufacturer, especially with having had a negative experience with a similar item from another retailer, but no such issues here. There was a very minor issue with the garment (not something that would impact the intended look at all, and easily fixable), but MyOutfit handled it quickly and I'd be more than happy to use this company again. Highly recommended. Many thanks again for providing a great service.

Jul 06,2022I have bought clothes from this website and I ended up getting it sent back due to extra charges I was having to pay for delivery.They didnt inform me when it got back to them,I was having to contact DHL and them telling me it has been returned back to the company.So when I Messages them and emailed them to get My refund ,I was being ignored .No reply anywhere and Its not exactly cheap either.When your paying that amount you expect better.Refusing to give my money back .DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!SCAM!!! Worst customer Service I have ever recieved!its disgusting.

Apr 23,2024I believe this company is SCAM, so avoid and beware. This company is making money for the subscription. They do not have any items in stock. It is totally wasting time. It was very hard to get the refund. The company is called Xemino and have other emails to fool the consumers.
