We can prepare a written statement for eBay , PayPal, credit card company or insurance company, so you can get your money back. Although I wasn’t certain the David Yurman pendant could be reviewed with only close up pictures. She noticed many things in the pictures I did not notice so I am comfortable with her findings.

The experience with the 1st item went so well, I sent more handbags & a set of silverware to her. She could not authenticate one bag and shared exactly why. She has an eagle eye! Nothing gets by her. I agreed with her opinion. Thank goodness she helped me avoid any resale trouble! She was so detailed & thorough, demonstrating her experience, skill and trustworthiness. She has earned a repeat customer! Happy to have found My Poupette. They are legit, honest & not some fly-by-night random internet scam.

Sep 26,2024I purchased a couple creams on Mercari, but foolishly rated the transaction before I closely inspected the items to realize they were counterfeit. The outside packaging was very close to the real thing, but I hadn't realized the pump was different. What ultimately gave it away was the consistency, texture, and scent of the creams I got. In order to get credit back for the inauthentic items, I had to reach out to a third party authenticator for a statement of inauthenticity. (NOTE for Mercari buyers: If you suspect your item is counterfeit, DO NOT rate your purchase. Instead, open a case for a return, which is a much easier process, and a third party is not required.) My authenticator was Carlie and she was very prompt and clear in her communication, personable, and really worked with me to get my statement in on time. Pricing was also very fair. I would not hesitate to recommend My Poupette. Thanks, Carlie!

I happen to find out about mypoupette.com from Reddit from other people that have been through the same horrible experience. I am so HAPPY that I did find Carlie at mypoupette.com! I was able to get my money from Mercari and expose that seller as selling fakes. I was also given $9 back even because of the amount I paid for the item. I was so stressed looking for someone to do it especially for the price I had payed for the fake item. Thankfully I found this website. And let let me tell you it’s truly a remarkable company!
