Jan 10,2024I decided to see a therapist as I’d been harbouring a great deal of anxiety, low-mood and depression. I had also just left a long term relationship and generally felt quite lost. The help I received was professional, warm and personable. Charlie is excellent. He was actively listening to everything I said as he would refer back to these previous sessions and had a real grasp of my life and circumstances after only a few short weeks. He strikes the balance between knowing when to interject with questions and guidance but also knowing when a person just wants to be heard. Throughout my sessions with Charlie I could steadily feel my resilience and confidence growing and felt great joy in finding my independence again. I feel better equipped to deal with the stresses of life having had these sessions with MyProTherapies. The help I received has truly been the guidance I needed at this stage in my life. Feeling grateful and empowered.

My therapist is incredibly compassionate, and is able to apply a variety of techniques rather than simply stick to one rigid template. The company is flexible to my needs, and have lots availability to fit in sessions around my busy schedule. I strongly recommend everyone to try myprotherapies, you will not regret it.

We dove deep into the murky waters of my struggles with grief, anxiety and imposter syndrome - you know, that gobby little heckler that lives in your brain! With his down-to-earth approach and practical tips, I emerged from our sessions feeling confident, positive and reassured that I’m not the only guy winging it in life. Thanks mate, you’re a legend!
