3+ weeks later, it still hasn’t arrived. IT IS A SCAM - had to raise dispute with card company AVOID
We ordered a fridge freezer from here. Paid for the item then had a phone call saying it was damaged and they had no more in stock so we cancelled the order & ordered from another company. They then attempted to deliver another fridge a month later while we were on holiday. The driver rang us and we refused the fridge. We have emailed & rang several times for our refund but heard nothing back. It’s been 3 months of being completely ignored and we are still waiting for a refund. Absolutely awful customer service.
Ordered cooker hood on 2/12 and still not received item. No response to emails all extension on their tel no’s go to voicemail but the voicemail boxes are full. I needed this urgently for my kitchen to be finished before Xmas! Don’t even know where to go to get a refund. Awful company with NO customer service at all!!!

Ordered on 5th December, received communication the next day that the appliance would be delivered on the 12th December by Hotpoint. Arrived on time Thanks for a reliable service
Everything was fine but we were a bit anxious because of lack of communication. On the whole a great company that delivered on time and as described but very little communication.
After a few confusing e mails our fridge arrived. Well done . Thankyou all .
Appalling customer service. Refused to send receipt of an online purchase. Refused to refund money within the seven day cooling off period. Challenged the notice with my credit card company, only when I threatened them with section 75 and trading standards did they refund money. Appalling.
The original delivery was lost and delayed but that was the fault of Evri. The reorder was despatched and received promptly. Very well packed too
WARNING!! Do not use them. They do not reply to emails, their phone number is never picked up, and they have taken my money with no product supplied. They have been reported to the action fraud police in the UK.
Terrible - avoid at all costs! This company needs to be investigated by trading standards
Delivered quickly
I should have read the reviews first. Terrible company, complete con artists, I bought an appliance but it didn't fit. I contacted them within 7 days of it arriving asking for a refund and to send it back. They fobbed me off with different excuses then stopped answering my emails and calls. I'm now left £300 out of pocked and have an appliance I cant use. KEEP WELL AWAY!!! Read the other reviews. Complete bogus company and should not be trading.
It was very poor, no information on delivery, recipient for money paid, I had to phone a week after ordering, eventually!! I spoke to someone who told me the item had been delivered the previous week, I assured him it hadn't as I ordered on the Monday as he's telling me it was delivered 2 days later on the Wednesday, rubbish, he said he'd ring at 5.0 clock after getting more information, he rang said the item would be delivered on the Wednesday, I asked by who, Parcel Force, it did arrive as he said, but this company don't communicate with any information at all, so be prepared to chase them
14 days since I have ordered the hob, not delivered yet, they do not answering the calls, no messages.
Delivery took 1 month. I had to buy another freezer in the meantime. No one picks up the phone. No one answers emails. No one to issue refund. Avoid this "shop" at all cost.
Ordered a bar b q and cover deal, cover never turned up with the item I purchased . Emailed and called and kept on emailing but no response, I wouldn’t use them again absolutely rubbish customer support
My fridge never arrived. I have repeatedly emailed but had no response. The matter is now in the hands of my bank
I ordered a Cooker Hood which has not arrived. Made several phone calls, online enquiries and emails but had no response to any. I’ve had no update or communication relating to order and have now contacted my bank to report. Very suspicious and disappointing.

Feb 15,2025Do not use this company. Have reported to bank, small claims and fraud as it's a scam. Socials are out of date. Phone numbers go to mailbox full and do not reply to emails or online forms. Luckily I was able to claim money back through bank fraud team. So, please please do not use this company!!
