MUST READ: I had the WORST EXPERIENCE with an employee of Nationwide Mortgage. The employee, who I will not name, CONTINUOUSLY HARRASSED and THREATENED me. The employee STOLE MY INFORMATION from a business inquiry database, and called me soliciting National Mortgage home lending services. I was not interested but he continuously called me, so I referred a client of mine who wanted funding for a multi-family project. He consistently called, texted, and emailed me almost daily, asking me to refer clients, so I referred a total of 3 clients over 30 days, none of which the employee helped access funding. Also, none of which I asked for any compensation in return. A week or so later, the employee called me asking if I could help his so called client (So called bc it took him 2 days to provide a name for the client when I asked). I decided not to take his so called client, and so the NATIONWIDE MORTGAGE EMPLOYEE BEGAN THREATENING ME, AND MY BUSINESS. He made threats of public defamation to my business, and my name. The same day I began receiving an overwhelming amount of harassing calls, texts, emails, and business website chats from the company in California whom he threatened to contact. Weeks later I am still receiving an overwhelming amount of harassment from the company. I never received these types of calls prior to the day that the nationwide mortgage employee threatened, and harassed me.

Appreciation Letter for Excellent Customer Service Dear Nationwide Mortgage Bankers, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for all the hard work and dedication the loan team assigned to me did. Everyone’s contribution has been invaluable to me closing on my first home, and I’m truly lost for words. Specifically, I want to highlight the role of your loan officer, Doug Thaler, who was very patient and helpful in guiding me through the entire loan process. He was the voice of reason in the mist of the storm that was brewing during this stressful time. My first lender dropped the ball, a second lender couldn’t handle the load but your employees’ step in and moved mountains. Even with a few roadblocks and miscommunication the level of professionalize was unmatched. Everyone’s contributions have not gone unnoticed, and I want to publicly acknowledge their efforts. So, thank you to Melina Solorzano, Katie Smith, Nathan Servidio, Lisa Lockwood, and anyone else who indirectly impacted my loan. AC was incredible, from the first day, he created my account, got me a list of items i needed, worked through it all and got me to the finish line. He communicated with me every step of the way and kept my anxiety at ease. Thank you AC and everybody else at the bank for the great help.

Scott Nortman said he would get us a pre-approval. Ran a credit check (after giving me a 30 minute lecture on not allowing other lenders to do the same -even though I know that to be untrue, buyers of course want to shop around for the best deal, credit bureaus allow a certain timeframe for you to apply to multiple lenders (credit pull). It will not ding your score each time. I have reached out several times for a quote, only to get excuse after excuse. I wish there was some sort of penalty for lenders that pull your credit, insisted that can get a pre-approval & then ghost you. What a waste on a legit lender/quote. He is also very condensing in the way he words things. I can't count how many times I heard (after being cut of in middle of a sentence) "ma'am, you ready for this" followed by a lengthy "bashing" of whatever you say to him. Disappointed is an understatement. Do better, Scott.

I would like to take the time to thank Nationwide Mortgage Bankers for the excellent customer service I received from their employees. I had the pleasure of being assigned to, Loan Officer, Robert Pudlowski and his Loan Officer Assistant, Kyle Freeman. I've been trying to refinance a predatory loan, which I've had for quite some time. Robert Pudlowski and Kyle Freeman were able payoff my predatory, as well as, provide a few extra dollars for a cash out. It literally took 2 weeks or a little less to close. I couldn't be more happy with the process from the beginning to end. Their customer service was impeccable, and I also love the fact, Robert was able to expedite my closing. If you're ever in need of a refinance, I highly recommend this financial institution.

Less than pleasant to deal with. I represented the seller in a transaction as their Realtor, where Robert Pudlowski represented the buyer as their lender. He emailed me to ask for information that I had never been asked for in the past, so inquired what it was needed for. He responded and I then gave the information he asked for. Apparently he didn't see that I gave what he asked for because he then responded threatening to tell "all parties" that we're unable to close because of my "refusal to provide xxx". I informed him that I did in fact provide what he asked for, to which he never responded or apologized for his unprofessional behavior.
