Jun 03,2021Everything went as planned. Excellent communication from NMB through the whole process. I was not satisfied at all with the home appraisal. I know this is beyond NMB’s control. But I would not recommend Class Valuation for anyone to use. I believe there were several factors that were not considered by the appraiser that should have been based on my research. And a few of the comps, were sketchy at best. But again, NMB was great and I would highly recommend Taylor and his colleagues.

Jun 03,2021Loan officer doesn't know how to work with VA Loan, doesn't know how to check eligibility and how to get VA certification. Loan writer did a ppor job of writing my name, sometimes used middle name, sometimes use first name. Loan writer failed to tell me what kind of payment they want on the closing day. I would never ever use your service again!
