May 05,2021Adam and Scott are amazing at what they do. They had my mortgage commitment and were ready to close so fast. They respond quickly to all calls and messages. They always know the answers to your questions and best of all are able to divert and change things if your closing doesn’t go as planned. This is my third time using them and will continue using and recommending them

May 05,2021After being a customer for years without an issue I have found them to be completely unhelpful when trying to port to another property. No longer accept commission which they did on my original application so now they won't lend me the amount I already have or need and are now saying I have to pay £10k in early repayment charges because I'm not porting the mortgage to my new property? How is that fair? I was well aware of the charges but didn't have any intention of leaving - they are the ones saying they won't accept bonus now when 3 years ago you did and other banks still do! You won't accept me on a renewal but you charge me if I leave? Very poor customer service and in my view unfair charges.

May 05,2021Scott Feuer was excellent to work with! He stayed on top of our refinance 100%. He put in the extra effort to work with us through about a 6 month process due to some timing issues on our end. Once we got moving on the loan it took us just a few weeks to close. I would definitely recommend working with this company any day.
