Apr 19,2021I have received several offers from various mortgage companies, but no one could give me a reasonable savings or that much of a deal from my current loan, until Nationwide Mortgage Bankers! These guys are brilliant, thorough, and personable and get it done quick. They got me 300 less a month on my payments, with no out-of-pocket expenses other than the appraisal (which was only $525), a cash payout of 1,400, AND they paid off the loan in time so that I can have two months where I won't pay my mortgage before the new loan begins. It made me want to cry. I did. Because I am single with a small preschool and needed a way to not only stay in business but to thrive. I have a cushion now, a savings, and a manageable monthly payment so that I can afford to pay all my bills each month. I feel like I can finally breathe. I contacted Nationwide online after viewing an ad offering a savings with the Heroes Program for essential workers. They contacted me via text first, which is much easier for me to do when I am unable to answer calls since I am a sole provider at my home preschool center. And they worked with me by calling before the kids would arrive or after and texting and e-mailing to communicate, without having to interrupt my job as a sole provider. They also responded quickly whenever I had any questions. And they answered all my ignorant questions with kindness and respect. They were super personable and even praised my work as a teacher and caregiver. I am just overjoyed! Ian Pittito is super friendly, witty, kind, understanding, compassionate, and easy to talk to. Robert Pudlowski is wicked smart, proactive and efficient—he is the numbers guy, and he is GOOD. He will work with you to get the lowest deal possible. I am incredibly impressed. They are trustworthy and sincere, and I applaud their efforts to help us essential workers continue to stay in business. They are my heroes! 👏🥰
