The delivery speed is fantastic! Items get delivered really fast, however they can sometimes arrived scratched (not damaged) and look scruffy due to not being bubbles wrapped, but overall great experience!

Not so good as the courier was instructed to not leave the parcel. It was taken to the depot 15 miles away. I had to call NDA twice before they would leave the parcel. Reply to NDA Toys The delivery was not delivered to my alternative address but left at the original delivery address on the doorstep! So whilst I appreciate your defensive response it would have been nice for Parcelforce to leave it on the doorstep in the first instance and not have me running around trying to take delivery of disposable cheap toys

Delivery came through quicker than I had expected - around Christmas. Prices are very good. I only marked down because the retail display boxes do not stand up to transport, every order they have been crushed, this is not a problem to me as I use them for science workshops but might be if you needed the display.
