Aug 08,2019The three color inks worked ok. But the black ink cartridge was a mess and did not work at all. Not happy as I had to place an urgent order with HP. Didn’t want to get another black cartridge that was useless

Aug 08,2019Color cartridge is defective. It is not printing the colors that we see. Each time we print the same thing, it is a different color. I will be asking for a refund of this cartridge. I have another color cartridge which I will try soon. The cartridge for black ink seems fine.

Aug 07,2019Since you do not pay for return shipping, I have to now send back all four of these toner cartridges at my expense, approximately $25-30, because you sent the wrong cartridges. One says Canon and I don't have a Canon printer.

Aug 07,2019The ink is apparently not compatible with my Epson printer. The printer gave me a warning message that it was not a genuine Epson ink cartridge, but i proceeded anyway as I have received this notice when replacing with other cartridges in prior times. This time after replacement, my documents print and copy with skips, blurry spots and the ink is so light it can barely be read.
