I needed a quote quickly, and he did it out of hours for me, which I and the client greatly appreciated. We have a support-chat at our brokerage where we can ask for help from other advisers, and Richie is recommended a lot on there as a go-to, and he really did turn it around quick which I was grateful for! Aug 02,2024I was looking for home / contents insurance and Richie Flack was very patient and helpful (my case wasn't an easy one, as it's a leasehold flat). It took a lot of emailing + back and forth, but he answered everything in detail and tried to find the best solution. Normally, people just don't get back to you, so defo 5 star service.

Although I have a feeling that any of the members of staff are all as dedicated to delivering a good service as he is. I cannot thank Lawrence enough for all his help in solving a particularly difficult case. Right from the start he inspired confidence and professionalism. I would highly recommend him/them and in my opinion ALL COMPANIES SHOULD PROVIDE THIS LEVEL OF GOOD OLD FASHIONED SERVICE. Thanks again Lawrence

Due to a failed first attempt, as a previous attempt to purchase fell through, we ended up waiting almost 8 months to move from when we first started looking. However, James was always patient and super prompt with his responses whenever we needed to get in touch. Would highly recommend Nest after the experience we had.
