It felt like we we're just having a friendly conversation. The service was quick. After our details were provided to Nest, the inital call from Dew was on the same day and the follow up session to go over the quote she found was within a week.

George tirelessly spoke to his contacts and came up with several options. We have a nice bespoke package now all ready to go when we move into our new house. Thanks a lot George!!

Feb 08,2025I was recommended to Nestgi by my mortgage broker. I had a feeling whilst dealing with these people that they didn’t fully understand what they were talking about, but I felt comfortable because they were connected to my mortgage broker. Boy what a mistake, I should have trusted my instinct. My home was burgled during the Christmas period, and the insufficient cover these liars sold me has resulted in my claim being settled tens of thousands of pounds short. It turns out Nest underinsured both the rebuild and contents!! Neither of which I would have accepted had I known!!!! Please ignore their reviews of so-called happy customers who found it easy to buy, it means nothing unless you actually need to use it! I have already submitted a complaint to the underwriters of the policy, and to my mortgage broker who referred this dodgy small home broker to me. Apparently the FOS are aware of Nest GIs conduct and are looking into it. AVOID. Reply: 14/02/25 I have replied to your email as you know Ed. Please do not try and convince anyone who sees this review that it’s invalid, it’s further deception. It has been checked and verified as true by Trustpilot. I have explained that the FOS will contact you in due course

Feb 08,2025I had a problem finding the insurance I needed, but NEST GI were able to help me. I was helped by Dew, who was warm and friendly, whilst remaining absolutely respectful and professional . She pulled the stops out to get my new policy up and running very quickly. She is exactly the sort of person I want to have on the other end of the phone to help me solve a problem. I will definitely contact NEST GI again for my future insurance needs. Thanks Dew.

Feb 15,2025I was in a situation where I had exchanged contracts on a property with a completion date some way into the future. As such I am now liable for the building and needed insurance. Majority or companies were reluctant to insure due to the lead time between exchange and completion or were extortionate. Dew helped me insure the new property for a competitive rate and was very professional and helpful in finding the best policy. Thanks Dew
