I needed a smaller and lower footstool and this is just perfect. Quite a good colour match to my sofa. Very comfy and well made. Packaged well and delivery was quick. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service all round. We began by ordering a fabric sample which arrived promptly and suited our needs perfectly. Purchased the Oxford Tall footstool which arrived promptly and was a good colour match to the sample. We are delighted with the quality of the fabric and manufacture and with the speed of delivery. This is an excellent product representing super value for money. We couldn't be more satisfied customers.

We chose a footstool from New England. We received free samples of fabric and a very helpful chat on the phone. After ordering the stool came within a few days well ahead of the due date. We are very pleased with the quality, finish and comfort.

Refreshing to deal with this friendly, helpful family firm rather than a big chain store. Samples arrived swiftly, ordering and delivery were very easy, excellent customer service. Very pleased with the footstool.
