Amazing place to buy your sofa. Wonderful ambiance and perfect staff who let you wonder and try multiple sofa's in natural surroundings. They offer many designs with multiple choices of fabrics. The best part is all the sofa's are made on site with all British products. You really must visit as its a much pleasing experience which cannot be achieved on the website alone. I generally am quite picky and a bit fussy but we were so impressed we bought without looking elsewhere. Absolutely no way to compare with the run of the mill suppliers as they are nowhere near the quality of this company. Well done to them and this family run company should be proud of what they have achieved.

New England Sofa Design did an amazing job of recovering my Blofeld armchair, a precious family heirloom dating back to the 1970s. We received a friendly and personal service and I couldn't be more pleased with how the chair looks.

I searched for footstools on line, discovered NED, called in the showroom where we were warmly greeted, ordered my chosen footstool which was delivered in days… with a surprise pack of biscuits.. lovely touch. Great footstool, many thanks

Purchased 2 Oxford footstools and very very happy, both with the quality and the price, and with the speed in which they arrived - ordered Monday and received Wednesday! Thoughtful hand written note from Paul together with a little pack of cookies, this is a Company that clearly cares about their customers. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

I asked the company if they could do a footstool in a colour they didn’t offer. Within 2 days I had several fabric samples sent to me - one was perfect. 3 days later I had the footstool delivered. Amazing!
