From start to finish Newton took care of me, the office staff were so friendly. Text sent evening before to let me know when the engineer will be attending. Engineer diagnosed and explained, advised part is required. set my expectations, and they were back out to repair. Now I have a working oven! and zero excuses for burning the dinner!!
Had someone come out on the Tuesday to look at our dishwasher, said they were the actual owner of the company. They assessed that it was the latch on the door but that they'd have to order it. That same day I got a call from someone at NAS to take the payment for the £60 call-out fee and the part (£48) which I paid, £108 in total. I called again on the Friday to be told they hadn't sourced the part yet (typing Zanussi dishwasher door latch into google brings up a number of next day delivery options). I'm now on the following Wednesday, have called for 2 days, emailed, sent messages on FB. Not a peep.
had an issue twice with our dishwasher and James both times came out and fixed the problem straight away, only problem is now we have similar problem and we cant get hold of him
DANGER DANGER DANGER !!!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AS I WAS LEFT WITH NO MACHINE FOR 8 WEEKS FOR A DOOR MECHANISM WIRE!!!...I WAS SHOUTED AT DOWN THE PHONE BY A "MANAGING DIRECTOR" ...I HAVE A 6RY OLD SON WITH BOWEL CONDITIONS AND DEFICATES ALL DAY....AND I TOLD THEM THIS...VERY NICE ATTITUDE IF YOU KEEP ON "THERE" GOOD SIDE....8 WEEKS OF HASSLE AND STRESS...WAS TOLD THAT NO ONE WOULD BE OUT AS I WAS AGRESSIVE????....NO...I WOULDNT LET YOU TALK ME DOWN "MANAGING DIRECTOR"....PHONED EBAC THE COMPANY WHO SUPPLIED THE MACHINE...NEW ONE OUT IN 7 DAYS......NOT HARD AT ALL...DISGUSTING ATTITUDE TO PEOPLE IN NEED OF THE SERVICE THAT YOUR COMPANY SAYS IT DELIVERS.....HONESTLY FOLKS NEVER CAME ACROSS A WORSE SET UP............BUT ITS NOT THERE FAULT OR PROBLEM 👍
Newton dealt with a fault I had on a brand new Dishwasher bought via B&Q. The initial visit went well enough however the engineer had to submit a report on his findings as he couldn't fix the fault. I waited a week and chased Newton for an update on the fault and for the next steps, was told a manager would call me back. Call back didn't happen so I called again and got the same promise and same result, no call back. It wasn't resolved until I called B&Q and they got involved. I wouldn't chose this company to carry out work.
Had a problem with the start button on my Neff Combination Microwave oven. The engineer arrived and thought the problem may not even need fixed as it was intermittent and would mainly work when the button was pressed gently at the top. Of course, by this time the company has already earned its £84 call-out charge for a 10 minute visit. I asked for a quote for the parts to fix it and they came back a few days later with a quote of £321.69 on top of the £84 already paid. I priced the parts direct with Neff to find that they had marked the parts cost up to the tune of £102. I then decided to ask a friend to give me his opinion. He opened the oven up and did a temporary fix which can be permanently fixed by me purchasing a button set at £26.
James is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. His prices are fair and have used his services on a number of occasions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has any issues with any appliances.
I cannot rate this company high enough. We have used them several time and have always received an excellent service, James is professional, efficient and very reasonable. I had an issue with a part for a dishwasher not arriving (from the manufacturer), but Hayley & Lindsay kept in touch with me so that they could diary an appointment as soon as I had received the part and James cam out the next morning. Would not hesitate to recommend them % stars all the way!
We have used this company on a number of occasions and always have been really pleased with the service we have received. We recently got a new integrated dishwasher fitted and the old one removed. Friendly, helpful and very reasonably priced. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

May 06,2022Appointment made quickly and easily. Engineer had to make two visits to my home re washing machine. Both times punctual, polite and informative. Unfortunately needed parts which were not to be available till end of August. As this was done through an insurance policy my machine was replaced. No complaints about service.
