Jan 24,2024How do I give ZERO stars?? Appalling product followed by appalling customer service. I ordered what I believed to be a very sleek looking snack and liquor basket for $99.99 and added extras to make it up to nearly $200. As an example of what was wrong - popped balloon (obviously the delivery persons fault but still an issue for NYC Baskets to resolve), the birthday card was missing, my additional 'tapas' item was a peanut brittle bar, salmon pate was substituted for salmon fillets received in damaged containers, pretzels from the original crate descriptions were not received, and the 4 English beers I ordered as extras' for my English husband working in the US (the gift was for his birthday while we were 3000 miles apart)' were not English, the closed he got was a bottle of Guinness. And that isn't even everything. I have raised a case with the FTC and would hope that something is done to stop companies like this duping people and taking their hard earned money and supplying an inferior product and service. Shame on them! I have still received no compensation. The only thing they are accepting responsibility for is the popped balloon... 6 months on and I am still fighting for a refund.

Jan 03,2024I see a review from someone who was also a victim of the same scam. I regret not reading the bad reviews before. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They claim next day delivery. Didn't happen. They didn't deliver the wine I chose claiming that they have a substitution policy. MISLEADING! And the items in the basket, completely different. They respond to your email, with bogus excuses.

Dec 23,2023Avoid this company. Bait and switch practices. You do not get the items you pay for. Received Kosher Wine Trio. Only received 2 bottles. The sender upgraded the wine and paid extra. Those wines were not received. They also paid extra for gourmet food. The items chosen were not received. Do not order from this company!!!!!! Deceitful shysters

May 30,2023Horrible. Arrived late and had items missing. I contacted them and they asked me to send pictures of the basket and list the missing items but by that time it was already given away and not even worth the fight, I will just never use them again.

May 03,2023DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I ordered a bottle of wine to be shipped to Wheatly Heights, NY on 4/18/23 and it is 5/3/23 and it still hasn't been delivered. Customer Service doesn't help all they say is to contact the tracking company. I called OnTrac and they said it's at JFK and out for delivery. Seriously, I could of delivered the wine bottle myself and it would of gotten there sooner.

Jan 08,2023So disgusted by this company, they are a complete scam. Delivery was nearly a month late even though I had paid for next day delivery! They had just thrown the wine and cheese into a cardboard box which was badly damaged, the cheese was not edible due to how long it had taken to arrive. Contacted the company and was told there would be no refund! So upset as this was meant to a Christmas present for family.

Jan 05,2023This company is a scam. They didn’t deliver the order and their customer service replies with a giftgp.com address which is a scam company. They said I signed for the package (I didn’t), and delivered to my address as per the tracking link (there was no address listed on the tracking link). And the signature they sent me that was supposedly mine wasn’t even anywhere close to my name. Then they said that they’re completely void of responsibility and can’t issue refunds or redeliver because it’s the courier’s fault. They didn’t even contact the courier to investigate, just said I could call them if I wanted. Absolute scam.

Sep 26,2022I’m sorry to say that they totally changed my order that I spent hours to choose for my newborn grandchild. They didn’t inform me at all about the change and also they didn’t sent the nice card with a personally greeting. 😢
