Mar 03,2025Well presented sales pitch explaining the procedures. The samples showed how it would feel/look once installed.Pricing seemed quite high but several phone calls cut down to a more reasonable price.As it was winter we were tied down to weather conditions to allow installation.(not wet or too cold.) The ground work was completed as booked but the finish was delayed slightly due to a machine malfunction.On completion the site was well cleaned up and taped off to allow a period for drying. All personnel were polite and helpful.Only downside was the display board I agreed to have was fixed to my wheelie bin with tape which did not survive the strong winds.Altogether a good purchase but perhaps a bit pricey for the area I live in.

Mar 01,2025We are delighted with the overall look of our drive and have had several very positive comments from neighbours and friends. We found the workmen polite and hard working who turned up when they said that they would. They drank copious amounts of tea/coffee but were very grateful for each offer! We knew beforehand that the dates were weather dependent, and so it proved to be, but we were kept informed all along. A slight suggestion would be to not fill the mixer on the lawn as the spilt gravel will take some shifting before we can mow the lawn. This will not stop us recommending this service nor using them again ourselves in the future.

Feb 28,2025Same pushy sales tactic, really shocking! Was a bloke last year, stating you and your partner need to be home and make a joint decision, threw me off. I am paying, it's my decision ultimately and what if one did not have a partner? This year a woman called, as soon as I heard Next Generation, alarm bells rung, I thought is this the same company/different sales person, so googled whilst on the phone, to my surprise it was. I asked the same person, and said about the above experience and then she stated yeah your partner needs to be home it's a joint decision, just said don't like your sales approach and put the phone down, they did too. I would have had a quote and probably considered them, before making a deep dive on previous reviews etc. I wouldn't trust these guys, just like Keir Starmer.

The organisation of materials, machinery and manpower all ran smoothly, and the workforce were all punctual, well mannered and good workers. The finished resin surface is brilliant and everything we asked for. Thank you.

Feb 21,2025Due to our circumstances we had to have our driveway laid on a Saturday. For next generation this was not a problem they came and did the residual work when they said they would . The Resin materials came when they said they would then it was just a matter of the temperature , When they finally laid the resin the team were exceptional very polite and nothing was to much trouble. A excellent team and a credit to the company. Thank you very much next generation for the Excellent work you’ve done we have a driveway to be proud of

Feb 18,2025What an improvement to our property! After a long process, our driveway is complete, looks fantastic & we've had loads of positive comments from neighbours. Although there were delays to the final instaltion, this was due to the weather so not Next Gen's fault. However, because we had the materials delivered early December & the work finished at the end January, our lawn has suffered as a result where the pallets had been for so long. The crews that came and did the work were polite, worked hard and weren't phased by our sloped drive. Sam in the office was genuinely lovely & kept us informed at every stage. She took our concerns about the steps they built with sincerity and worked with the crews onsite to get a solution we were happy with. Overall, we are satisfied & would recommend resin instalations by Next Gen.

We initially had resin all around our bungalow to level the surfaces, remove all the trip hazards inherent in the age and variety of the surfaces, to reduce maintenance and to improve the appearance of our property. Now we have replaced wooden fencing around the roadside of our property, again to reduce significant maintenance requirements and to improve the roadside appearance. We are very pleased with all of this work and visitors to our property all comment on the improvements we have made. The company arranges all work and the workers clearly care about the standard of their work. During the work they take care not to damage anything around them and they clear up on completion,

Jan 14,2025From consultation to installation everything was made so easy. We were kept up to date as to what was happening via phone and email and nothing was too much trouble. The lads that came to get the drive ready and the lads who did the resin were very pleasant and took time to explain what they were doing and how long before we could use the driveway etc. I cannot recommend this company enough from sales, office and workmen they were all very competent and very polite. We would definitely recommend and would certainly use again if we required anything.

Jan 04,2025From the get go we were impressed with the professionalism shown. The rep who called at our house was not at all 'pushy' and left us alone to discuss whether we wanted to go ahead with the deal. The price, although possibly not as cheap as slabs or tarmac, was not out of the way. We were kept informed at all stages of when the fit would be carried out, when materials were to be delivered, etc. The lads who came to carry out the 'prep' work were very friendly and helpful and not at all phased when they took up the slabs to find concrete underneath and not a layer of stone as we thought. When the final top resin coat was laid it was a transformation! We can't stop looking at it, it looks so lovely. The other bonus is that it doesn't hold water. I have actually walked on it with bare feet and it feels quite smooth. All in all very friendly, efficient and professional staff who inspire confidence. We would wholeheartedly recommend.

The fence was fitted very soon after we placed our order - we are very pleased with it and also very pleased with the whole service from start to finish. Good quality materials used - bit pricey but hopefully it will stand the test if time. Would recommend Next Generation.
