Mar 06,2021I’m quick to complain if I’m not happy about something, so given that I have now placed my sixth order with these guys and not once have they let me down I felt I owed it to them to put this review on trust pilot. As well as having their own website, they also operate on Amazon and eBay. The products they sell are great and they are reasonably priced. As a lot of their products are collectible the packaging is important; I give these guys 6 out of 5, that’s because they go above and beyond, generally you’ll get your items in a large box full of that soft foam stuff (I don’t know the name of it), but nothing is left to chance, every item I’ve had from them has been in immaculate condition. As for customer service, I can’t fault them, they are always willing to help, they always respond quickly, and most importantly they are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. This is only the second review I’ve put on trust pilot, usually I’ll only leave reviews to complain, but these guys left a real impression and deserve every bit of praise in this review. If you haven’t shopped with them and are perhaps unsure, don’t be, they take great pride in what they do and customer satisfaction is paramount to them. I can’t speak highly enough of them. If you are thinking of buying from them, do it; then leave a review and back me up here. As I mentioned at the beginning, that’s now six orders so they are well deserving of the plaudits.
