The main reason I came to their website was because they consistently were referred to me for having the best prices from my colleagues in the mining industry. When I purchased my first miners I noticed right away that they concentrate on communication with their customers. I’ve been dealing with Nancy from there mainly but have also experienced others just as professional and consistent in customer service. I just recently purchased an L9 at the end of the year and and the price was the best I could find, fast shipping since it was in stock and of course Nancy was very happy to see me again and made sure I had all the details on shipping expectations. I kind of took a leap of faith, knowing my money was gone if they chose to ignore me... literally the next day, i get tracking information and 4 days later my 5 rigs were on my door step.
