Although helpful on the phone they took a long time to find my order and no apology for the inconvenience (even though I have paid £37 for delivery). Fingers crossed it arrives when they said as they would not confirm this in an email.

Dec 05,2016Invoiced for goods not in stock. Sent two emails asking for confirmation that refund would be arranged. No reply. Phoned twice was told someone would ring me back, nobody did. Third call did get confirmation of refund but attitude was cool. Not my idea of customer service.

Dec 02,2016No customer service, ordered my product for delivery today as I need it for the weekend. I have been waiting in my home all day today to accept delivery as they said they deliver during working hours. It is now 6pm I am calling them and they do not answer the phone. I have been calling them since 4pm today, I have friends coming over tomorrow and I have no tables. I paid extra for next day delivery and they have let me down. I am very upset.
