Ordered 1 bra which did not fit after a few weeks I received a call back explaining why it took so long to get an answer. After speaking to the company I was sent more bras to try to get the correct size. I received these and none of them fitted so I returned all bras. I was emailed on the 23rd October to say they have been received and she was issuing a refund, it’s now the 12th November and i still haven’t received it.
Bra I ordered did not fit, spoke to customer services who were very helpful and will be sending me a few bras to try on after measuring myself while on phone. I’m very confident that between us I will get the exact fit I need.
Ordered online after being measured at a wellbeing activity for teachers and after over 2 months of nothing (no order, no reply to countless emails to their customer service) I had to put in a dispute with Clearpay to get my money back. Extremely disappointed as in that span of time I had to buy bras elsewhere. I'm a busy teacher so unfortunately I can't pick up the phone in the working day to chase an order and in 2024 that shouldn't be necessary. It was only more frustrating getting regular marketing emails from them to buy more. If you're having online issues, you shouldn't be taking online orders at all. Being out nearly £50 with no order or any communication is just exceptionally poor. I had such high hopes for this company as well but personally I think they must be better on a smaller scale in store rather than mass producing online as they obviously can't fulfill the online orders. No1 bra . Credit where due. U have resolved the complaint I had and after explaining the IT issues you have had, perfectly understandable . Thankyou for reaching out to me this evening and for staying late into the evening to make sure we could speak. I mentioned earlier that quite often a company is remembered by its level of customer care. This evening it is clear that an unexpected issue caused a Hiccup to your usual high standards. I stumbled across this pop up in St Albans and was really blown over by the personal service. Not only did they spend time listening to my bra concerns but advised and fitted me with the most comfortable bras I have ever worn. I was a huge fan of M&S bras for years but as i got older the bras became more uncomfortable especially the wire sticking into my armpits. Wearing the No.1 Bra gives me the perfect shape and a feeling of freedom as though I wasn't wearing the bra. Although the delivery time is slow as their demand grows, it is definitely worth the wait. Be patient! :)
ordered and paid for 2 bras on 12th June. Have held off buying new bras and here we are 2 months later and still not received. I cancelled one of them in July but have sent several emails since then that have gone unanswered. I can't remember having had such poor customer service from any company before. Spoke to someone today who advised that the item was being posted to me tomorrow first class - bit ironic as all the 'events' that I was hoping to have the item for will have passed as of this Thursday.
I was recommended this company for control underwear. My experience has been ordering virtually as not local to any store which has meant I needed telephone support and advice with possible product choices. The customer experience has exceeded expectations. The customer service is excellent! The Chloe knicker is exceptional and I will now be looking for some bras! Thank you so much 😊
Best bras I've ever brought. The bras are so comfy and Kim was amazing when she did my fitting. I would definitely recommend No1Bra.
I ordered a bra on 24.5.24 and haven't received it yet. I was told 2 to 3 weeks but not heard anything. I don't feel it is my role to chase. It would be much appreciated to be kept informed when it will arrive. I also bought a body at the same time. I've only worn it once and found the poppers to be too small to reattach with ease. I would recommend they are slightly bigger.

Today i rocked up to No1 bra and was so pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome i received and even though i did not have an appointment they were super accommodating and set to work to help me straight away! I’m now 10 times more comfortable and supported and i even left wearing my new bra 🥰 i’ve never felt comfort like it before. I highly recommend them if you haven’t checked them out! Not too pricey either and for the right fit what more could you ask for ☺️ Thank you so much ladies!
Very disappointed with this company I ordered 2 bras March 7 still not received them but they took payment when I made the order which isn’t correct most companies take payment when goods are to be delivered They have multiple excuses and offer a free knickers but I don’t want them just my bras
Very good value for money and really good uplifting fit. The personal fitting service was also excellent. Can recommend.
I keep getting emails saying my bra should have arrived but it has not, nor has any paperwork from the company regarding shipment and tracking. When I telephoned them yesterday they told me it would probably be 2/3 weeks before it was available but still they keep sending me emails and now I have this survey to see if I am satisfied - NO I AM NOT.

My daughter is still waiting three months down the line for a bra that she paid for!! Excuse is that they can’t get it from the warehouse and her request to be refunded the amount has been met with deaf ears or should I say with no reply to her email!!!!
I am not a standard fit - very narrow back, GG cup but with a significant cup size difference between the 2 "ladies" as the fitter called them! So I knew I needed a fitting and after trying a few options have found the first but not the last No1 bra that I'll be buying. The service in the shop was great and the advice on how to correctly put on the garments and position the "ladies" was really helpful. I'm hopeful that the bras will also help with the skin marking/discolouration that has developed over the last few years.
