I must say I’m reading rubbish reviews here , I ordered a bra on July 5th and was informed it was on preorder until August 1st , fine I went along with that but it is now nearly September and no bra . I did complain and was offered the same bra in a sister size which I said I would try but thought it would be to big . Well it arrived in a dirty great box ! after over a week after I emailed again as I was told it would be day or two & low & behold it is to big ! Back on the phone today to tell them & I also noticed the bra was now on the website in my size but no it’s still not in stock some mumbling about brexit , Covid ect , why put it on the website if not in stock ? . What’s going on ? They have kindly offered to send me two bras of different sizes out now for no extra payment so watch this space but I’m feeling suspicious.
Absolutely rubbish they have had my money for 3 months don’t answer my emails ignore everything I have asked won’t give me my money back con artists
Ordered in May, item on pre-order for end of July, no emails or correspondence unless initiated by me. Blaming haulier shortage and pingdemic for my delay. I have noticed on other reviews they blame increased sales, customer service expansion, etc etc. Always have a reason for delays whilst sitting on tens of thousands of pounds of other peoples money for months on end. I would accept a small delay as I have with many other orders during covid but when companies trot it out as a reason for everything it makes me less trusting. I will be initiating a claim through PayPal I've been more than patient. I am shocked that they have celebrity endorsement with such negative reviews.
My wife order bras in April this year, they never arrived. It has taken months of emails and legal threats for them to refund. August and they say they have refunded, guess what the refund never arrived either so ended up raising a dispute with the credit company which is how we’re getting the money back. Be warned, look at other reviews it’s seems a common occurrence from this company. Don’t use them be warned!!
No 1 Bra’s are stylish, comfortable and supportive. Quite simply following their online sizing guide, I have finally found the perfect bra. I only wish that the supply was better matched to the demand to reduce the occasional waiting time
I ordered the Cara bra and knickers in nude and I absolutely love them! The fit is perfect and is one of the most comfortable bras I've worn (can't feel the wire which is great). Fast delivery and beautifully packaged. Will definitely be ordering again!
This bra has improved my quality of life . I am a fibromyalgia sufferer and I always put my breast pain down to this. I now know it was down to the digging in of the wire on my very expensive bras. No 1 bra has taken away all of this pain and has given me so much relief. A terrific team of girls have helped me with fitting and what bra choice to make.it’s company should go far. They have created something that all women crave for. - comfort and freedom ! Well done .
I purchased a Cara bra in 32b, as I’m on the smaller side I forget that I deserve to be comfortable too! This bra is incredible I forget I’m wearing it, it’s the best combination of sexy and comfortable! The packaging is classy and elegant, the customer service is second to none and I love my new No.1 Bra!

I will never deal with this company again. I am still awaiting a refund (6 weeks) after numerous emails and calls. I am now in the process of taking legal advice. Save yourselves the hassle it’s not worth it.
The most beautifully made, well designed and best fitting lingerie ever! I’m converted! I bought my first bra (Darcey) last year, which has been so comfortable and washed very well too. A great every day option. Have now just treated myself to the Cara and Katy bra, along with some matching underwear, which again was very impressive. The matching underwear was actually on offer with the bra, but it’s beautiful and again very well made so I’d be tempted to buy this by itself next time. Thank you for the great customer service in exchanging my size too. I’ll definitely recommend you to family and friends.
Ordered as advertised as comfortable. Nice selection to choose from. I picked the Katy bra. Delivery took a bit longer than anticipated so I contacted customer service. I had a response from Lucy who looked into delay and advised me when my order would be delivered and it was delivered as she said. Very good fit and extremely comfortable. Impressed also with customer service. Will certainly order again.
I have two of these amazingly comfortable bras & wear nothing else. Decided to treat myself to another, but my size not available. I emailed customer care solely to enquire when they might be expecting more sizes in stock. I received an email the same day, followed up by a phone call, when the lady I was dealing with, Lucy, actually went out of her way to find my size in their stock. Was sent out the same day & arrived the next morning. Incredible customer service & fantastic product.
I went and had a bra fitting with Jen the designer and owner. It was so incredible. She measured me once and then all the bras fitted me perfectly. They are amazing. Super comfy and great quality. Get them if you can. They will change your life.
Amazing bra(s). Took fitting advice and ordered the Kelly bra and it's perfect. Doesn't dig, can barely feel I'm wearing it. Have now ordered the same in another colour as well as another style. I definitely recommend making sure you chat to them to make sure you order the right size. Service was brilliant!
The bra never arrived apparantly sent another one which never arrived then after talking to customer service they offered another bra as the bra I had ordered was not in stock. I then requested a refund as totally dissapointed. Gave it one star only because you cannot write a review without a star.
Edit in reply to no1 bra. I have evidence of my emails sent which I supplied to klarna who where the ones who dealt with it. So I did very much respond. Also in response about the return label being sent out. If you did send out the label I did not receive it which I informed you by email and you never responded to me. And as for the bra that you exchanged. It is now in the bin the wire is sticking out of it and is incredibly sharp. 100% wouldn't recommend you to anyone. At first very helpful. I received the bra within a few days of ordering. However it never fit me (I went by their sizing) anyway contacted customer service and they were very responsive and kindly sent me out another bra. When I received that bra it never fit either. So I wanted to return them, I explained that I had a problem with printing the returns label and was told that they would send me out a return label. To be honest you could tell they did not want to send me out the return label I had to put alot of effort in. They originally wanted me to go in to my neighbours home (during strict lock down) and get them to print it. I had to keep telling them I had no way of getting the label myself. Anyway they was supposed to send me out a label but I never received one. I contacted them on various platforms and I never received another response. Luckily I used klarna and they stepped in and helped me get my money back. So thank you klarna. It was all looking so good but the moment you want to return something that's it nothing but problems. Also they need to have either a selection of return companies or allow you to use a QR code not everyone has access to a printer. I will never order again and would 100% not recommend. In response to no1 bra comments... If you did send out a returns label I never received it and when I contacted you numerous times to tell you this not a single person got back to me. It's funny how the moment I contacted you about this I never did hear back from any platform. I did send emails which I showed klarna as proof that I had been in contact.
Very unprofessional company with poor customer service. They owe me over £100 for goods that I returned weeks ago. My emails unanswered and phone calls promised that didn’t materialise. I’m still waiting for the refund 6 weeks later? They owe me, I sent these goods back to them in good faith.

Emails unanswered and phone calls promised that didn’t materialise. I was eventually informed that I would have to buy again (for an additional £10) and pay postage again. I didn’t bother. I’m still waiting for the correct refund 6 weeks later Update - thanks for the reply, 3 months later! I’m still waiting for that correct refund! My return was most definitely sent with the correct paperwork. I forgot to add that whilst the postage was expensive it included the cost of any exchanged items. Well that’s what you advertised on your website. You informed me that you had changed your policy as the postage was costing you too much. Is that perhaps why you refunded me ( the incorrect amount) instead of the requested exchange and asked me to reorder and pay again (including the price increase of £10 as well as another lot of postage? Extremely unprofessional set up.

Aug 20,2021I ordered a Kelly bra, arrived beautifully packaged but sadly didn’t fit. I contacted the customer care team and followed their easy exchange procedure. A lovely lady called me a measured me over the phone and sent me out the new size the next day.. it fits perfectly. Never in my life have I experienced a pain free bra until now! You don’t even feel like your wearing a bra with No.1 bras. It’s so hard to find a comfortable bra that is also pretty! Great customer service too. I have now ordered the another bra and the shape wear knickers!
