Bought from the Kings Road shop and also online - shop has a friendly atmosphere with a lot of wonderful stock. Online website very easy to use - again large choice of shoes.

A lovely Mary Jane in a gorgeous brown. Super soft and very comfy. These look expensive and classy with trousers, jeans and skirts when you don’t want to wear a heel or trainer.

Bought a pair of boots from them but had to return as they were the wrong size. Read several reviews on trustpilot and was immediately concerned that I may struggle to get my money back. I shouldn’t have been worried. Communication throughout the returns process was excellent and I found Dane to be very helpful in keeping me up to date with the process. While it could do to be a slightly quicker process in my view (why 4 stars and not 5), I was reassured by the updates throughout and received my refund without fuss. On this basis I would use them again. I suspect they have “upped their game” regarding customer service.

Ah I seem to have gotten good auld 'Reggie' too! He emailed about 8pm last night to tell me my shoes were unfortunately out of stock. Was then given 3 choices, full refund, store credit or a replacement for the same value. I was a little miffed in truth and responded within 30 secs requesting a full refund. I notice the shoes are now available online again?? I did email after I ordered to say I didn't want ex display / already worn shoes to arrive. I suspect they probably have been tried on in store. All Reggie needed to say was this. So at the moment I am over £200 down. The shoes are back up for sale and no one is responding to emails. I've called the number and no answer. I thought given the store front in London this would be a reputable site but I was so so wrong.

Shockingly bad customer service. Boots I ordered were too big. Had to "request a return" this took ages, sent them back first class signed for. Asked to verify that I had sent them ( which I did along with a photo of them receiving them) and eventually after after 2 weeks was advised that they would only provide an exchange or credit note "because they were a sale item" Err no, I don't think so under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Nokwol you have to provide a refund if returned within 14 days which they were. After I advised them of this they suddenly agreed to provide a refund. Really awful experience. don't deal with them

Omg where do I start...firstly I ordered a sale item value £100 and when I tried to return it was told because it was reduced by more than 50% it couldn't be returned/exchanged nada! After threatening to take matters further i was given £100 future credit. I ordered a pair of boots (£150) using the £100 credit but they were too big. Returned them and asked for a smaller size...kept being told by 'Reggie' who seems to be the only person who is in 'customer service' I had to wait up to 5 days for the warehouse to process the return. I emailed on the 5th day and screenshotted the size of boot I wanted and it was available...only to be told by 'Reggie' the size was no longer available..wtf?? Reporting them to trading standards I've had it, save your money do not buy from this sham organisation.

I paid £155 including delivery. Cost of the boots were £150. When the boots arrived,the invoice included in the package showed cost of the boots £125. I have been overcharged by £25. Impossible to get hold of customer service. Also quality of boots is dreadful. Please don't waste your money!!

I recommended a pair of sparkly trainers for my sister and then read the reviews and was a bit worried, but she'd already placed the order. Absolutely nothing to worry about, order placed on Monday and arrived today, really good quality and look amazing - slightly peeved I recommended them to her as I should have bought them myself - they're so nice!

Misleading description of pair of sandals stating they were leather soles however when they arrived they were synthetic. But to return them you have to request a return, wait 4 days for them to approve it and then pay the postage yourself even if it’s not as described. Will never buy again from them

Avoid this store please. Paid 100£ for a pair sandals which is too big . Also one of the shoes had stud fall off .. looking for return the next day . They refused to accept the return because the sale item. Never heard in my life. I have to keep it even the size no fit . Is not cheap at all .. terrible

Bought a pair of leather Nokwol sneakers from them in their store of Kings Road in London. After 2 months, one of the shoes developed a problem. I contacted Carlo, the store manager, with some pictures and he immediately agreed to exchange my shoes for a new pair once the same model was back in stock (as it was sold out at that time). Popped by the shop a few weeks later when the shoes were back in stock, and Carlo exchanged them with a smile. Top marks for in-store customer service.

Dreadful company. Would not issue a refund for a pair of shoes which my daughter bought for me as a Xmas gift which didn’t fit and weren’t quite what I wanted. With Xmas day and new years etc it was 16 days after the purchase that we went to return them to be told it was only 14 days for a refund. I’ve never heard such an unreasonable policy over the Xmas period. Every other retailer extends their returns policy or would at least make the exception in this instance as it was only 2 days over anyway. After numerous calls to head office I was still refused a refund. Absolutely shocking customer service! Make sure you check the short returns policy or better still Avoid this company !!!

Awful shoes, don’t waste your money on them. I got a pair in November and the sole completely detached from both shoes within two months of buying. I presumed they were faulty and got a replacement pair by reaching out to Nokwol, but the replacement pair also fell apart within 4 months of infrequent wear. Truly awful quality, I’ve bought shoes for €10 that have lasted longer than this.

Shoes were faulty and broke down after using a couple of times to walk around. Contacted costumer service and it was absolutely terrible, asked me for many picture (which I sent and proved all of their points) and ultimately asked for me to cut off the shoes tongue, completely destroy them and send them a picture in order for them to send me a new pair. People need to know how bad this brand is and of course didn’t cooperate with this absurd request when there are people in the world that don’t even have shoes to begin with. Lost my money already so please trust me and don’t lose yours. They were good looking shoes, too bad.

Best and most comfortable sandals ever! They look great, super soft and very stylish. Size is perfect and they arrived quickly. They are my new favorite shoes- highly recommend! 5 stars all the way!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Sizing is not correct. I ordered a pair of sneakers, they fitted really small so I've been trying to make a return but the won't answer my emails, now I'm afraid of sending them back and loosing my money... very bad customer service

I've been wanting to get a pair of the emmie boots since forever but the brand hasn't responded to any of my mails and messages sent about the size of the sock's top line, so i can't be sure they will fit me, since i've bought similar boots and they always fit loose on me. How can i buy a pair if that's the kind of customer service they have that does not answer their public :/ PS: PLEASE if anyone reading has bought a pair of emmie boots in size 39 EU (or any size tbh), can i know the size of the top line of the sock? :( you can mail me anapaulahuerta @ hotmail .com
