Sep 07,2023absolute nightmare !!! paint started to flake off in patches and cracked - finish looked awfull and was patchy contacted them about this and lots of communication promising that they would sort it out for me !! said they would send new samples to me in may and never received anything since - even worse was i got my neighbour to use the same stuff !! and its worse than mine !! and were not talking ! avoid this product

Aug 05,2023Had a big issue trying to get something that would last, look good and not flake or peel. I had water based paint on top of oil based paint and no matter what, it kept peeling within a few weeks. I phoned the company last autumn to discuss. I was sent several test pots free of charge and got the recommended sealer. I applied to various areas around the property last year to see if it would work. I can now say that it's been a great success! It feels very hard and is showing no signs of failing whatsoever. I have just got all I need now to do the whole job with confidence. Many thanks for advice and patience.

Jul 23,2023Had a problem with delivery by the courier (DHL) but the customer service from Northen Paints was excellent and immediate. I would use again without hesitation but suggest they use DPD in future!
