May 29,2019Great products that arrived on time; was very impressed how much they sent for a free sample I had requested. Everything was high quality & the order came quickly. Will use this company if I do end up needed it regularly on the future. My only dissatisfaction was that if I did need the products now, I could not afford them due to being currently out of work & on a very tight budget. Otherwise, everything was top-notch!

May 25,2019I have absolutely no concern with customer service. The people I communicated with at NorthShore were excellent. The products I received as samples were too big for my taste. I would feel totally out of place wearing one of these and I believe everyone would know. I will probably go back to the Depends and hope they hold everything in.
