Mar 13,2019My experience was pretty good, however I am a little irritated. I am familiar with the NorthShore supreme line and how they fit, so when I asked for a sample in large I expected to recieve that. As it turns out, the customer service rep decided to send a medium sample, and they don't fit very well. I understand the intent but if I ask for a large I would assume a large is sent? It's just a sample so it's not like I spent money on this but still. Shipping was slow and lied to me about delivery date, but that's not NorthShore's fault, that's FexEx. Oh well, I got them anyway. However, the quality of the product is good. Despite the size being just a little small I haven't had any leakage (thus far) and the material is soft and comfortable

Took the box with your return label to the P.O. only to find out it was going to cost me $35.00. Finally settled on a return fee of $17.50 after multiple phone calls. Will never do this again! Unfortunately loved the product- no difficulties with first order.
