She needed a picture of what I was describing to her. She walked me through all steps of using my phone camera (I'm not very tech savvy!). I was so pleased and impressed how she handled every detail and totally took care of me. Custom service extraodinaire!!

I only called the first time I ordered from the and the young lady that helped was very understanding and made some great suggestions based on my needs. Free samples that came with the first two orders were very useful. ( though I didn't order the booster pads because the diapers are so absorbent they don't need them). I will continue to order from Northshore. Shipping was pretty fast 2 to 3 days. G The only suggestion is maybe free shipping. Thank you for being there in a time of embarrassing need.

Jan 26,2019The website is very user friendly and the service turnaround time is exceptionally quick. Very impressive. I saw a posting about the North Shore products and decided I would give them a try. I am finding the North Shore Megamax diapers to be very comfortable, extremely absorbent, and I can even wear under sweatpants without a loud crinkle every step or move I make. The taping system is top notch quality. I am a guy in my 40s and not sedentary. I want product that fits and moves with me without bunching up like clumps of paper and becomes uncomfortable when I sit. I found a product I like and works with me; that is definitely the Megamax. I will continue to order this product and others from North Shore.

Jan 25,2019I am Minnie 's daughter and caretaker. We have tried so many different products but nothing until you guys have pulled the moisture away from her in time of need. I took her to Europe in September and the only thing I wish was that we had deodorizing bags for the soiled ones. Please update me on any new products you have as I am always looking for anything to help my mom be as independent as possible.
