I received emails from them making sure they were sending the right size etc. I have not used all the products yet, but they may be getting a new client. My incontinence problem is a sensitive subject, between my husband & myself. because of the burden it puts on our finances., & I feel so worthless sometimes, It's so nice to have such wonderful & supportive Customer service.
