Mar 15,2023I recently bought a jacket from Nova Clothing, unfortunately it was too small when I tried it on. I contacted Nova Clothing about exchanging the jacket for a bigger size. Customer service was brilliant, they put the larger jacket aside for me, as it was the last one in stock, and said they would send it out as soon as they receive the original jacket. True to their word, it was exactly what they done. Definitely recommend Nova Clothing
