Nov 20,2022Tracking number doesn’t work. No package. Customer service not providing info when requested. CS agent admitted to guessing where the package was, and no working number was ever provided. Item did arrive within the 10 days though, so I am glad that worked out. Owner of the company threatened to refuse my business essentially saying that if I post about their customer service being anything but exceptional, then they won’t accept my business. I won’t be bullied into reviews. Their package did eventually come, their agent did BS me about where it was, and when asked how she knew, she finally acknowledged that she didn’t know, and then they think my response is inappropriate by posting about it here. Suffice to say, I’m no longer a customer,’at my own initiatives however. Check your tracking and if you post anything, make sure you have what you want first otherwise it is like the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld, except… “No jeans for you!”
