Nov 12,2024The product itself, excellent. The delivery very, very prompt. However, when asking about brand sizes I was just told "regular fit" and how many years the WhatsApp employee had worked there. When I asked for specific waist or chest measurements, I was ignored. I am happy to blame myself if the measurments were listed in cm or inches but I could neither find nor be directed to this information. I felt the enquiry could have been managed better. I looked up the measurements on the brand website in the end and found them myself.
