Apr 20,2024I have now placed my second order and have to say both times I have loved what I have received. I am writing this as I feel I really need to commend the service received after my second order. Unfortunately there was a small hole in the sleeve when I received this. I was extremely disappointed thinking a replacement will probably not be available as they will surely sell out at that price however the return process was super easy and to my surprise they even offered to send a replacement straight away rather than wait for my return to be processed, so I was without item for a maximum of two days and the replacement was perfect. I wish all online sales outlets offered this high level of customer care and service. I will definitely be treating myself to more from my favourite brand from here, and will recommend others who are buying me gifts to look here too.

Mar 14,2024Ordered a tshirt and jumper contacted 3 days later to say the tshirt wasnt available and offered 10 percent off the next order not that would get used given the experience of using them i wouodnt use again. Then asked to just cancel the full order straight away only to be told its already veen processed. The t-shirt was for my sons birthday not happy at all.
