This company is fraud and you will not get your money back. The Public Prosecutor of Dublin is now informed. Lets see. Also Press and Media will get contacted now from me. I have screenshots and proofs and everything. Just do yourself a favour and AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST!

Jul 25,2023Look at the way Novibet only reply to positive reviews and ignore the people with problems or bad reviews. That is the way this business is run and it is perfectly displayed here, if you have any problem they simply do not care. Novibet closed my account with just a little below €1,300 in my account. Reasons stated were that I have gotten my funds from illegal activity or via a card I am unauthorised to use. I am a 64 year old woman and actually feel demoralised that I have been accused of this when it is so far from the truth. Also mentioned is that there is one or more accounts using this IP address. Novibet constantly email and send notifications for you to refer your friends. I had referred my son who has obviously been using my Wi-Fi whenever he is here. I think if they see you get lucky and win they will do anything in their power to make it seem as if you’ve gone against their terms. They said they would refund my initial deposits, that was false. Of course Novibet do not want to part with their precious profits and milk as much as they can from the customer. If you are here potentially looking for a new casino or sports book, I highly highly recommend looking elsewhere and give Ladbrokes, Coral, William Hill and Boylesports a look. I have successfully withdrawn from them and they actually provide value to the customer. Not to mention the odds on Novibets sports book is terrible in comparison. Please don’t lose your money like I did to this greedy company.

Jun 29,2023Have to say last year I gave a bad review as I felt conned with the bonus rounds and lack of wins however, this is now my favourite site I'm on several and it's by far the most generous with free daily gifts It's not that hard to hit bonus rounds either, and wins are fairly regular so your money lasts longer. Not always obviously but, you don't mind losing when you know its a genuine site and wins are actually possible, unlike other sites a few I could mention, but they'll get their own review 😉 Withdrawal is simple and fast once you're verified.

Customer service just refused to compensate me for the inconvenience and were quite smug about the customer satisfaction side of it.

This was not even an associated with my player account. Private email address used. Mental. This is not what you sign up for. This is a failure in so many ways. Privacy 101 fail. Contacted them to ask why, how? This is so wrong in many many ways.there is no reason for them to be looking at this.

May 21,2023Terrible website, casino is garbage and withdrawal process is horrendous. They kept asking for a million verification documents and kept claiming I made a deposit from someone elses account. Customer support is useless and just replies with the same message using copy and paste.
