Here at NOW Travel Insurance Services, we endeavour to make the buying of travel insurance as quick and as stress-free as possible.

We believe that travel insurance should be available to as many people as possible. People up to the age of 75 can be covered (70 on Annual policies), all pre-existing medical conditions are considered with many covered free. Over 100 sports and activities are already covered on all of our travel insurance policies with additional activity packs available if required.

i never received a receipt for payment, no certificates, and when i tried to call i was constantly on hold. i still have no idea if i am/was insured

Very slow service, I have been waiting since the 7th of June for my claim to be sorted and have had nothing apart from a generic email using Omicron as the cause for the delays in processing claims. Was very simple to book the insurance but terrible to actually make a claim. UPDATE to my review 15/7/22- as below it says I would be contacted shortly I still haven’t heard anything.

I reserve judgement on this. Arranging the insurance was very simple and easy. But, of course, “the proof of the pudding is in the eating”, so I cannot authoritatively state whether my experiences are good until and unless I actually have a need to make any sort of claim, at which point I will find out how good they REALLY are!!

Easy to read and understand. Didn’t have to make a claim so cannot say whether this process would have been straightforward. Could not see whether this policy is an automated renewal or whether l would be contacted with a renewal price.
