Here at NOW Travel Insurance Services, we endeavour to make the buying of travel insurance as quick and as stress-free as possible.

We believe that travel insurance should be available to as many people as possible. People up to the age of 75 can be covered (70 on Annual policies), all pre-existing medical conditions are considered with many covered free. Over 100 sports and activities are already covered on all of our travel insurance policies with additional activity packs available if required.

I rang to move my holding insurance from 2019 to 20 then 2022, I was unwell on holiday and had to see a doctor (£160) and when I got back and rang to claim only to defund that whom ever I spoke to hadn’t made the changes so I couldn’t claim, totally not acceptable and furious I will not use or recommend them again

Trying to claim on my policy, website asks me to call, when I call it asks me to go through the website. I’ve emailed twice with now response and been sat on hold for over 30 minutes. Phone line availability is poor, closed on weekends. I have a policy that I’ve paid for, that I can’t claim on. I’ll chose someone else for my next holiday.

Very easy to get a quote for travel insurance, My tablet made an error on my application, didnt realise till after I purchased but after an email, Now Travel Insurance was very prompt at correcting it for me. Would highly recommend them.
