Jan 06,2021We have been customers of NSW Mortgage Corp for many years and we have had the best service every time. We can not fault them at all they are very helpful and friendly they have fantastic service they follow up and keep us updated on the progress of our loan and what is happening all the time. We would highly recommend them to anyone. As long as we have a mortgage and we ever need to refinance we will continue wirh NSW Mortgage Crop. Oct 18,2020NSW Mort Corp has been fantastic to deal with. Extremely responsive. They were regularly giving me an update and if I had any questions (no matter how silly), they were happy to assist. If I didn't understand, they were happy to explain. I felt they understood my situation and were happy to spend the time to understand. Highly recommend.

They understood our needs very well and suggested a number of options to put us in a better position. Their knowledge of the process was second to none - It was judgement free and comforting. We were so stressed about our position but they assured us the whole way and were efficient and on top of it at every stage. It took a while but they did everything they could to make it happen! We can’t thank you enough!!
