Can honestly state that the staff at NSW Mortgage Corp know their business, are friendly, compassionate and dedicated. Not only did they look at my situation but also considered my future goals. Cannot fault this company, the service or the staff.

Whilst the experience was positive with the representatives that assisted me, it was a very long journey and each time I had provided everything that was requested, something new would come up and due to time delay, would then have to provide more and more up to date information. The outcome was favourable but don't have the expectation that it will happen quickly.

I cannot speak more highly of the team at nsw mortgage they are just brilliant. I was at the stage of giving up and putting my home on the market after many knock backs even from my own bank. The girls l dealt with were empathetic caring and very professional and available at anytime to help me through the application process. Today is settlement day and l have just received the most genuine phone call to inform me it’s all over signed sealed and delivered. I encourage anyone who is in need of genuine accurate advice with refinancing or debt consolidation to contact Scotty Amelia or Chloe they are all the best at what they do. I honestly can’t thank them enough.

We couldn’t have asked for better service at Mortgage Corp. Scottie, Emma and Amelia were committed to us right from the start, keeping in touch and informed along the way at every stage and stepping us through each process. All 3 girls had a friendly, patient and professional approach and would happily use their service again. Can’t recommend highly enough. 5 stars plus

I found the team at NSW Mortgage Corp to be helpful, professional and friendly. They helped me to understand the application from start to finish, they were always very friendly over the phone and I never felt pressured to continue with the application. If I didn’t understand anything they would explain what what was being asked of me and were able to help me to understand. Although our phone and email communications were at times informal in feel they were always professional and made me feel comfortable with the process, product and procedures. They always made me feel like a valued client and responded quickly to my calls and emails. They kept me informed of how the application was progressing but never made me feel pressured or overwhelmed. I felt like they dealt with my application on a personal level and was not treated as just another number. I would highly recommend them.

The team at NSW Mortgage Corp are Excellent!!! Scotty and Emma you guys were fantastic can't thank you enough. This is the second time we have come on board and they have helped us again they made the whole proccess easy and kept us up to date with everything. i would highly recommend them to anyone who is wanting to refinance or need help they understand your situation and they will try the best to help you like they have done for me and my family.

I can not thank you guys enough, with my credit rating I did not think I would be approved for any loan. But thanks to the staff and the consistency, I got approved. I was called with updates, helped with every step of the way and was reassured whenever I rang up, which was often. Absolutely a pleasure to deal with when I was stressed so often, thanks guys!

We want to say thank you very much to a team of dedicated professionals in your Company. My first initial call, I spoke to Chloe and she was so friendly and helpful. She had a positive attitude that she was willing to go further with my enquiry. From there, we dealt/spoke with the processing team and were kept informed on a number of times. All these ladies helped immensely like Scotty, Emma, and Amelia whom after hearing our story and need of help, she reassured me to trust on her and the team. That she would use her expertise to refer us to a lender that would answer to our request and be on a lower interest rate. Our prayers have been answered. We called the right place. We are very relieved, excited to go on a family holiday and so thankful to you all for your great customer service. Galu family❤

The team at NSW Mortgage Corp in my opinion went above and beyond my expectations in finding the best solution for my financial problems.
