May 31,2021I pre-ordered the new Rob Zombie limited edition album on vinyl, it got in really early too. I had to wait for the shipping not just for the release date, but past that due to covid they said, which was fine, i completely understand that. I even emailed them and got a response below confirming the covid situation and that they had my order at least. "Thanks a lot for your email. Due to the covid-19 situation the shipping to Australia still isn’t possible sorry Please check this link: Nuclear Blast We hope that we can send your order soon. Please stay safe and healthy!" Upon the shipping finally taking place, they refunded me as they now say they didn't have stock, so can only assume they sold my copy to somebody else even though i placed my order and paid really early and would have been some of the first few people to pre-order. Now i have missed out on owning my own copy of the limited edition vinyl that was released...can only say that i cant trust them now after being burnt by them, I'm truly disappointed.
