Oct 22,2022I would like to make a point of the level of instruction I received on the course. Our lead trainer (Glen) was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I work for the emergency services and I have attended numerous ongoing CPD training and I can say with confidence that Glen is one of the best instructors I’ve encountered in any setting. What sets Glen apart is not just his profound subject knowledge but his pragmatic delivery style and the clear, genuine passion about improving standards of first aid instruction. It has been so refreshing to meet someone with such a clear passion for his standard of work. It was a privilege to attend a course delivered by this instructor. This was my first encounter with NUCO and I was unsure of what to expect. Having met Glen and knowing that this is the calibre of person who represents NUCO I am now very keen to be associated with this organisation. I’d be very grateful if you could pass my comments onto the instructor.

I have my own portal so I can book my own courses and all the PowerPoints I need. Right down to staff members who helped me move over such a excellent service. Oct 15,2022This was an Excitant and VERY GOOD training course, and had a lot more than I was expecting, the trainer accommodated to all the leaners needs and he used an unbelievable teaching technique. That I will never forget, all the new teaching techniques that I've been shown and taught, along with the knowledge gained, this will make me a more confident and competent trainer as I progress forward with my own training needs.
