Jan 31,2022The course was not what I had expected and even though I could use the first three days as a CPD for my previous qualification AET, but I was expecting to learn more about Nuco's lesson plans and how to use the system. I felt that the course did not cover what I needed to know to run the course as Nuco expects. Received a nice call back from Darren who gave me reassurance and offer of any further support.

The support you get and the speed of the admin and certificate issue has always been super quick and their online instructors support portal is easy to navigate. I have done several courses with them now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. If there was one wish I could make it would be to see an allergy awareness course to teach in support of the L2 Food Hygiene 😉
