Sep 09,2021I ordered some Edwin Jeans from Number Six, and they offered the best price for the style I was after from what I had seen online. I have also ordered before from the shop, and it’s been a good experience. No problems at all with the ordering, checkout was fine, and they dispatched quickly. Only issue was the postman couldn’t do his job, and my parcel went AWOL/was miss-delivered when it had been updated as delivered by Royal Mail 😵💫. Here’s where the difference is great with independents, compared to colossal online retailers, as I rang the shop immediately to decipher what was happening and got to speak to a real person, Jake. Jake sorted things out with Royal Mail, and also gave me a call back to update, and the parcel arrived today. Great customer service and stopped my stressing about my parcel. Dead pleased with my jeans and customers can shop with confidence from Number Six, based on my experiences so far. Will be back when I need more jeans and all the best for post Covid prosperity.

Aug 16,2021Good service and decent product but I was surprised to see that it came wrapped in a cheap plastic bag. I asked why they used non recyclable plastic, and although I didn't receive an email, I received a phone call from the owner when they saw I wasn't happy. He explained that the plastic bags were leftover stock and I have been assured that they are moving to recyclable materials. Hurrah.
