I received a gift voucher for Number Six London for my birthday. When I went to redeem it online, the code that had been written on the card when it was purchased did not work. I attempted to get in contact with Number Six through various different channels (WhatsApp, phone, email) multiple times - I received one email back two months ago asking for more details, but have heard nothing more since my response, despite chasing it up again periodically. Unfortunately, would have to advise against spending money with this business, based on my experience.
