Jul 22,2024Unhelpful. Ordered tiles which I was not able to return. All other sites allow for returns even at a cost so now I have unusable piles of tiles to get rid of. They say on their site they will advise on to how you to get rid of the tiles but they were not very helpful when asked. Would not order from them again. UPDATE 23/07 Following a call from the Customer Service Manager my issue has been resolved swiftly therefore updating my review to reflect how the issue was resolved.
