We had some issues with delivery, with no notification from the delivery company until an hour before it was due, and then the wrong accessory products were delivered. Customer services agent Jennifer has been great in organising the re-delivery of the correct items and return of the wrong ones. Pleased with how Nustone customer services have supported us.

Jun 11,2024We had some damaged slabs and they will not replace them or refund the cost! Terrible customer service! Check their policy before ordering from them. Other companies replace any that are damaged. Will not use these again. They also charge an extortionate handling fee for any extras you need after a full crate..

I found the website extremely easy to use and the site at Marks Tey very helpful in showcasing all the different tiles available in a large paved area. Harry, who dealt with all my questions, was particularly helpful and was happy to give advice and spend as much time as I needed to make up my mind. What a delightful young man. Knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. He returned all my calls promptly and made follow-up calls to ensure my super-quick delivery had arrived safely and to check I was happy with everything in general.
