We had to enquire on delivery date and day after as the product had not been delivered. It was delivered within 5 days as indicated and delivery driver went above and beyond.

Jun 02,2024Took delivery of Kandla grey porcelain large format pavers and Nero porcelain sets - packed very well to protect them and used Nustone’s own delivery which was great and driver was very helpful. The tiles look fantastic and can’t wait to start laying them. Overall service was excellent at the Kettering showroom and price was very competitive. Communication also very good. Would highly recommend.

May 31,2024There was good communication after I had placed the order. The slabs I wanted were out of stock and this was communicated well. I did notgive 5 stars because the delivery driver was rude and unhelpful. He gave me the impression that I was the last person he wanted to deliver to. That was my only let down.
